What we collect
When you order, join The List, request a custom order, or join the waitlist, we collect your name, phone number, email, and, for deliveries, your address and ZIP code. For gifts, we collect the recipient's name, address, optional phone number, and your note. We use this only to bake, deliver, and tell you about your order.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy covers the payment details you give them.
Text messages
If you opt in, we text you the weekly menu and drop reminders, up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we'll take care of it.
